2024 5K Sponsorship Opportunities

The Illinois Physical Therapy Foundation (IPTF) is gearing up for it's 4th annual 5K, taking place on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 at the Danada Forest Preserve, (3S580 Naperville Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60189) from 9-11am - as well as being a virtual event!

Our inclusive 5K allows anyone to participate, whether walking, running, or rolling. All net proceeds will help fund our IPTF Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarship; the IPTF Student Emergency Assistance Fund, and other student funding initiatives. Participant registration for our 5K is OPEN!

	MEDAL SPONSORSHIP: $2,500 (Already taken--Thank you Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy!). Logo placement on participant and category winner medals Logo placement in email promotions and on 5K registration page. Company name/logo listed as a sponsor on back of event t-shirt at premium placement Welcome Bags: all sponsors may provide (1) promotional item or marketing literature for inclusion in participant welcome bags. All items must be shipped to the IPTA Chapter Office (905 N Main Street, Naperville, IL 60563) for arrival prior to September 13, 2024. Our 2024 Medal Sponsor will be allowed to bring their own table to set up an onsite booth if they choose to at the 5K event on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
