May is Membership Matters Month!

It’s impossible to overstate the importance of membership to the APTA and IPTA. Quite simply, as an individual membership organization we wouldn’t exist without our members. Period.

There are numerous tangible benefits for being a member, from financial discounts on courses and conferences to information resources.

But the value of membership transcends individual benefits.

There’s value in the things that APTA and IPTA does on behalf of the entire profession. Direct Access is within our reach - thanks to all association's leaders, staff, and members who have actively supported this effort!

Members find value in various ways. Click here to read some member testimonials.

How do YOU value your membership? Click here to share with us, why membership matters to you?

Win the May Membership Matters Lottery!

Introduce a non-member to the IPTA this month!

For every non-member, you bring to your May District meeting, you’ll receive one entry into the Membership Matters lottery!

For each of your guest(s) who become an IPTA PT, PTA or student member by June 30, 2018 you’ll earn an additional 5 entries!

The grand prize drawing will take place at the September 20th #THIRDTHURSDAY program!

Here’s how it works:

  • Invite a non-member guest (or two or ten!) to your district meeting.
  • Sign in and have your guest(s) sign in noting you are their host.
  • The sign-in sheets will be sent to the Chapter office who will track your entries. If the Chapter receives notification from the APTA that your guest(s) have joined by June 30, 2018, we will add your additional 5 entries per new member!
  • Encourage your guest to consider membership.
  • Attend or tune in virtually to the September 20th #THIRDTHURSDAY to see the live drawing.
