2026 5K "Run, Walk or Roll for Physical Therapy"

The Illinois Physical Therapy Foundation (IPTF) invites you to it's sixth annual 5K Run, Walk or Roll for Physical Therapy, taking place on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Lake Shore Park, (808 N Lake Shore, Chicago, IL 60611) from 7:30-10am - as well as being a virtual event!

Join us this November for a feel-good 5K that brings people together in support of physical therapy and active living.

Set against the energy of the Chicago lakefront, this event is designed for all abilities and all paces. Come for the miles. Stay for the mission of supporting scholarships, research and advocacy for physical therapy across Illinois.

Our inclusive 5K allows anyone to participate, whether walking, running, or rolling. You can participate in Chicago or virtually from anywhere! 

All net proceeds will help fund our IPTF Empowered Engagement Scholarship; the IPTF Student Emergency Assistance Fund, and other student funding initiatives.

Anyone can participate! Invite your friends, families, classmates and co-workers to join us!

The IPTF 5K Needs You! We are looking for volunteers to help us on Saturday, November 7th at the Check in Table, Water Station, Medal Station, and with Clean Up.
