We Did It! Thank You Heroes!

The IPT-PAC's 3rd annual "Week of Giving" was a huge success! We had a very aggressive goal of $35,000 and we reached it! Thank you to everyone who made a donation-and helped us meet and SURPASS our fundraising goal of $35,000!

Many thanks for your generosity in supporting the IPT-PAC "Week of Giving" with your time, talent, and treasure.  Your support will greatly help in meeting our legislative agenda to gain unrestricted direct access and to ensure that our patients can access quality and affordable healthcare in Illinois.  We had donations from both members and non-members from across Illinois and even from out of state.  This just shows how much we value the physical therapy profession and to make sure we continue to promote the benefits of PT, especially in helping fight the opioid epidemic by helping patients choose physical therapy first #ChoosePT- First.

Many thanks to our Matching Donors:  Athletico (Mark Kaufman, PT), ATI (Dylan Bates, PT), and INIPT (Bernadette Kamin, PT).

We also had several Lead Donors who committed to at least a $1000 donation:  Drew Haverstock, Angela Penisi (PhysioPartners), Grant Koster (Athletico), Rick Rausch, Sarah Jensen (Impact Physical Therapy), April Oury (Body Gears), and Mike Riley (Professional Therapy Services).  These Matching and Lead Donors were pivotal in inspiring our members to contribute.

Finally, special thanks to those who also gave their time and talents.  We had several PTs who took a vacation day to travel to Springfield to advocate PT to our legislators at a special #ChoosePT-First Day in Springfield on October 25th.  We had many who participated in our #PT Balance Challenge, and then several who helped spread the word about the Week of Giving through social media!

Missed Week of Giving? You can still donate and make a difference!
